How to make great CD-R jewel case covers using Photoshop:

 What you want to do is be sure that your dpi resolution is set 
to at least 150 - not the usual "web" 72. 150 insures higher print 
resolution.

If your making a single cd jewel cover for the front, make sure the 
pixels are set to 713 width X  713 height
AND MAKE SURE YOUR PRINT window is set to :
 4.75 width X 4.75 height 

The back cover should be (pixels) 890 width x 693 height
AND MAKE SURE YOUR PRINT window is set to :
5.933 inches width and 4.62 inches height
your left and right "date tabs" that grace the spine of the jewel case 
are 40 pixels wide for each side.

If your making a triple cd jewel case cover, then the front should also 
be 890 width x 693 height 
(5.933 inches width and 4.62 inches height)
